Delaware has three counties and many small towns, most of which are only a few hundred people. The Government Information Center offers small towns help with their websites, and about half of the towns use GIC sites for their public information. Every website has a link to a standard FOI form.
Bid Solicitation directory - central repository across all three branches of state government that have an open Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation to Bid (ITB), and/or a Request for Proposal (RFP). Awards archived since mid-2010.
