Maryland Recycled Newsprint Reporting
- Maryland publishers are reminded to be sure you are
complying with the Maryland Recycling Acts reporting requirements. Quarterly reports
are due to the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) by the last day of the month
following each quarter. The annual report is due by January 31 each year. As announced in
March, 2005, the reporting process now requires reports to be submitted directly by the
publishers (Form A). Forms B and C are now used as tools for publishers to obtain their
required information from printers (B) and mills (C). Please email or fax copies of your
filings to MDDC, attn: Jenny Thornberry, jthornberry@mddcpress.com.
