Distinguished Service Award
Now accepting nominations for 2010.
Established in 2004, the Distinguished Service Award annually recognizes an MDDC volunteer whose extraordinary effort serving the organization has made a profound and lasting difference to MDDC and its membership.
The award winner is honored with a plaque that is presented at MDDC's annual Membership Meeting held in November each year. In addition, a $500 contribution is made to the MDDC Press Foundation in the winner's name and a photo of the winner is added to the permanent display at MDDC's headquarters.
Nominations for the award are now being accepted. Download this nomination form and submit it to MDDC by August 31.
