Teaching Opportunity, American University, Washington DC

A teaching role has opened up for a basic writing class at American University.  The class will cover the basics: journalism, PR, broadcast, scripts, including communication writing and grammar, grammar, grammar.

The class is Tuesday/Friday 4:05-5:20. Starting Aug. 29.

Role requires great communication skills, ideally someone who has taught before, who can run a classroom of 20 undergraduates through the paces of communication writing. Text and syllabus are provided.  It is a lot of work, but for someone who wants to break into teaching, it is perfect. We need someone who is self sufficient.
