MDDC’s Into the Newsroom series focuses on the essential skills reporters need.  Geared towards interns and early career journalists, MDDC brings experts in an online format to present timely and relevant material.  The small class size (limited to 18 participants) promotes discussion and interactive activities.  Join us for one or all of these FREE sessions.

Jody Beck, community educator for the Freedom Forum and freelance journalist, will discuss media ethics. The Freedom Forum raises awareness of First Amendment freedoms through education, advocacy and action, sharing the stories of Americans who have exercised their rights to ignite change.
