Beginning in July, consumers can place their telephone numbers on a national do-not-call
registry through a toll-free number or online registration.

MDDC 2002 Advertising Awards Luncheon at the Greenbelt Marriott on May 2.

- Sincell was Dedicated to the Newspaper Business and his Community
Robert Benjamin Sincell, 77, Mountain Lake Park, president of Sincell Publishing Co. Inc.,
which publishes Garrett County's weekly newspaper, The Republican, died May 16 at his home
in Mountain Lake Park.
