On Oct. 7, the MDDC Press Association testified at a D.C. Council Judiciary Committee
hearing on Bill 15-968, "The First Amendment Rights and Police Standards Act of
2004," which deals in part with police-media relations during mass demonstrations in
the District of Columbia.
